4. Prohibited Uses

  • Commercial Exploitation: Resale, sublicensing, or any commercial use of our copyrighted material without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Derivatives & Alterations: Creation of derivative works, cropping, or digital alteration beyond color correction or resizing for personal use is forbidden unless covered by a separate written license.
  • Unauthorized Distribution: Uploading, sharing, or distributing our high-resolution files on any third-party sites or platforms is not allowed.

5. Licensing & Custom Requests

  • Custom Licensing: For commercial, editorial, or extended licensing (e.g., print runs, merchandise, advertising), please contact us to request a tailored license agreement.
  • Royalty Agreements: NFT minting or blockchain–based sales require a separate royalty agreement detailing a 2% commission on primary and secondary sales.

6. DMCA & Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our users. If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to:
