🔒 Custom Orders & Digital Products

All sales on custom designs, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, branding packages, digital artwork, and downloadable items, are final and non-refundable. This includes:

Deposits or full payments for custom logo design projects
Personalized design services and revisions
Digital files delivered via email, download, or cloud transfer

⚠️ Why No Refunds?

Custom work requires immediate creative investment and resources, including concept planning, sketching, design time, and personalized consultation. Once a project begins, time and design value are already committed to your order — even if a final file has not yet been delivered.

💡 Design Revisions

While refunds are not available, we strive for complete satisfaction. Most custom projects include a set number of revision rounds (as outlined in your package). Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur a small fee.

✅ Client Approval & Ownership

Ownership of all final designs remains with Ozalie’s Dream Designs until full payment is received. No commercial rights are granted until the project is paid in full.
